If you are developing your pictures at a department store, such as Wal-Mart, use the self-processing machine. Not only does this provide control over the pictures, you can crop and rotate your pictures prior to printing. If you don' t like some, you don' t have to develop them, and, on some pictures, you can actually add text to the photo. Adding text may save the price of stickers and text later on, although it' s probably not cost effective to add text to everything at the machine.

There are good, better, and best suggestions for completing Disney scrapbooking projects on a budget. Disney has lent their trademark to an entire line of accessories, including papers, stickers, accessories - all of which can be found online, if not locally in arts and crafts stores. Many of the official Disney kits can be extremely expensive, and quite honestly, don' t need to be; depending on your project, it might be more cost effective to purchase the items individually. It is also possible to create successful Disney scrapbooking pages without buying into Disney corporate advertising. However, if you are a Disneyfile and insist on being the ultimate Disney Scrapbooking Queen or King, by all means, help yourself to all the Disneymania available; however, bear in mind that comparison-shopping can still save you money.

Everyone knows that if you went to Disneyland or Disney World, your scrapbook will include Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and all their little cartoon friends. Even if the word Disney doesn' t appear anywhere in your Disney scrapbooking album, most people will recognize the pictures and photos as being from, at very least, Disneyland or Disney World. However, if you enjoyed the fireworks at night, there' s nothing stopping you from finding and using paper with fireworks as the graphics - placing your pictures on this generic background can save you over $1 if you spend 25¢ a sheet for fireworks rather than $1.50 for Disney paper.
If you have pictures of Jiminy Cricket, Pinocchio, or other Disney pals, there is a wonderful alternative to Disney paper; put the pictures on generic paper with stars in the background or all over the page, and use your text and/or templates and stickers to decorate.
