I Don' t Need A Home Boxing Gym

I don' t need a home boxing gym but there are plenty of people who might. In the old days, a punching bag could be found hanging in the garage or on the back porch. Boxer training was recognized as a serious whole body fitness program.

The proverbial boxing gym was home for opportunity and hope. It' s one of the only sports out there that uses the entire body, every single muscle, which is important for any home exercise program. I just ask that you don' t use me as your punching bag!
